Training and Placement Cell
The cell builds long relationships with organisations of every size and prepares students with technical depth, soft skills and an entrepreneurial mindset so that they walk into their first job ready.
What the cell does
Globalization and technological change have a large impact on the economy, and engineers and managers are among the engines that drive it. SKIT keeps working to understand what industry needs, and the institute's cooperation with companies has helped students find places in reputed organisations in good numbers.
Training runs through the year: aptitude and communication sessions, technical workshops, mock interviews and company-specific preparation. Recruiters visit the campus for pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions and interviews, and the cell keeps in touch with alumni who refer their juniors.

The cell arranges campus drives, internship pipelines and industry-academia projects. Write to the training and placement officer to schedule a visit or to request a student profile book.
