Hostel facility
Two hostels sit inside the campus: Nirwana for boys, with single and double occupancy air-cooled rooms, and Noran for girls, with double and triple sharing air-cooled rooms.
Rooms and capacity
Nirwana Boys Hostel has a capacity of 460 seats with single occupancy air-cooled rooms, and 48 double occupancy air-conditioned rooms. Noran Girls Hostel has 261 seats in double and triple sharing air-cooled rooms. Every room comes with the furniture a student needs: bed, table, chair and cupboard.
The hostels are administered by a chief warden assisted by wardens and assistant wardens. Rooms are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, so it helps to apply early.
Food and daily care
There is a separate mess for boys and girls, both air-cooled, serving breakfast, lunch, evening refreshments and dinner. The mess committee monitors quality, taste and hygiene, meets the vendor with student feedback, and reviews food quality at regular intervals.
